The reception staff were friendly I must say! They stored my bags before check-in and after checkout. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable! I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. Air conditioning was a welcome feature.

The hotel parking had a fee. I paid for parking though I stayed at the hotel. I found that pretty expensive.

The breakfast area includes fresh fruit pieces and varied nuts. Several machines are accessible allowing guests to avoid queues. The hot breakfast options tasted really good. The breakfast was excellent!

the location was genuinely accessible to many attractions. the bed was comfortable. breakfast options included fresh pastries. i found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs, a total blessing!

The bathroom felt a little small. It could have benefited from more space for toiletries.

There was a fire alarm at 6 a.m. It lasted half an hour. I saw dazed residents in the foyer. No staff were available to organize anything, offer information, or provide an apology. It felt negligent.
